This is what you see when you enter South Hall, where Microsoft and all the huge third-parties are. wow gold is front and center, and that circular theater is awesome. The entire floor is like one gigantic speaker.

Once the doors opened it was good luck getting around easily. Sadly, I missed Day One's Running of the Nerds, when it's a mad dash to get to the good stuff first so you don't have to stand in line for hours. This is in at the corner of Microsoft's booth, which is, by far, the largest one at the show. It's huge.

And yet, the Games for Windows section was jammed at the end, and the kiosks were jammed together on the weirdest shag carpet ever. It threatened to swallow you whole.
